Greetings, FLAVA Members!
Wow! The end of the school year is finally upon us! For those of you who have already started summer break, please take this time to relax and recharge. For those of you who are still teaching, hang in there and know that soon you will be on summer break.
No matter what you do during your summer break, I hope you take some time for yourself to rest and to heal from this mentally, physically, and emotionally draining school year. Do what is best for you whether that is traveling, spending time with family, or engaging in professional development. FLAVA will be here and waiting for you when you are ready to engage!
Thank you to all who submitted proposals for the Fall Conference, FLAVA 2022: Recharge, Reconnect, Reflect. The proposals are currently being reviewed and notifications will be sent out by June 15th.
Be on the look out for information regarding conference registration and the link to reserve your hotel room in the coming weeks.
