VFLSA Annual Meeting for Language Supervisors The Virginia Foreign Language Supervisors Association (VFLSA) will meet Friday, March 4, 2016, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM., at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center in Henrico, VA
Breakfast and lunch are included. If your division does not currently have a representative in this organization, this is would be a good opportunity to appoint someone. Divisions that do not have a foreign language supervisor or specialist will sometimes select a high school department chair or lead teacher to represent them. Membership in VFLSA is a great way for your school division to keep current with issues and trends in world language education and to establish a professional network with colleagues in the field. Especially for those of you whose responsibilities also extend to other subject areas, attendance at the annual meeting is an opportunity make connections and learn more about how to support world language teaching and learning in your schools.
